Pólónagyker API: live stock and wholesale prices in your own system
Stop requesting stock by email and copying products by hand. The API delivers the full product catalogue, warehouse stock and your account-specific wholesale prices in real time: to your webshop, ERP, anything.

What can the API do?
Full product catalogue
Every product family and variant: size, colour, dimensions, image, category and brand, in Hungarian and English.
Live warehouse stock
Per-warehouse quantities and expected restocks, always the current state. No more asking for stock by phone.
Prices in your own tier
You get exactly the price your account sees in the webshop, according to your assigned wholesale price tier.
Simple REST + JSON
Standard REST, Bearer or X-API-Key authentication, paginated product lists and a complete JSON/CSV stock feed, with documentation.

Complete live stock feed
One authenticated request returns stock for every published variant, including zero stock. There is no pagination or filtering. Withdrawn and deleted products disappear from the complete list, so replace the previous list on each refresh.
Live data means the current committed stock in the webshop database, following imports, manual edits and background internal-stock deductions for webshop orders. It is not a direct connection to the warehouse system or a file generated every 15 minutes.
GET
https://polonagyker.hu/index.php/api/v1/stock-feed
GET
https://polonagyker.hu/index.php/api/v1/stock-feed?format=csv
The default is JSON; format=json returns the same response and format=csv downloads CSV. Other formats return a 422 JSON error. data contains the complete list, meta.generated_at is the response time in UTC, and meta.total is the row count.
Send your existing key in the Authorization: Bearer or X-API-Key header, never in the URL. The feed shares the rate limit with other API requests: normally 60 requests per minute per account. Missing or invalid key: 401; rate limit exceeded: 429.
- sku
- Variant SKU, as text.
- title
- Variant title in the selected API language.
- base_sku
- Base product SKU, as text.
- internal_quantity
- Internal stock quantity, as an integer.
- internal_restock_date
- Expected internal restock date: YYYY-MM-DD or null.
- external_quantity
- External stock quantity, as an integer.
- external_restock_date
- Expected external restock date: YYYY-MM-DD or null.
Missing stock gives quantity 0 and a null arrival date. Quantities are summed across warehouses of the same type; the earliest arrival date is returned.

Example JSON response

}
sku,title,base_sku,internal_quantity,internal_restock_date,external_quantity,external_restock_date
00123-M,T-shirt M,00123,120,,500,2026-10-20
CSV uses UTF-8, commas and standard quoting. Missing dates are empty cells. Text that could be interpreted as a formula gets a leading apostrophe; JSON preserves the original text. Import both SKU columns as Text to preserve leading zeros.
Excel Power Query: authenticated refresh
- In Excel, choose Data > Get Data > From Other Sources > Blank Query.
- In the Power Query editor, use Manage Parameters to create a Text parameter named ApiKey and enter your own API key.
- Paste the JSON query below into the Advanced Editor. If Excel asks for an authentication method, choose Anonymous for the web address: the code sends your API key in the header.
- Choose Close & Load. Later, Data > Refresh All retrieves the complete stock list again. Share the workbook containing your key only with people authorised to use the API.

Using CSV in Power Query
For CSV, replace the Source and Rows steps above with the following; keep the Typed step and ApiKey parameter.
Source = Csv.Document(Web.Contents("https://polonagyker.hu/index.php", [
RelativePath = "api/v1/stock-feed",
Query = [format = "csv"],
Headers = [#"X-API-Key" = ApiKey]
]), [Delimiter = ",", Encoding = 65001, QuoteStyle = QuoteStyle.Csv]),
Promoted = Table.PromoteHeaders(Source, [PromoteAllScalars = true]),
Rows = Table.ReplaceValue(Promoted, "", null, Replacer.ReplaceValue,
{"internal_restock_date", "external_restock_date"}),
