I. Privacy and Data Processing Policy
1. The Service Provider
The operator of the website www.polonagyker.hu is Rónaszéki és Társa Kft. (registered office: 39 Bojtár Street, Budapest 1037, Hungary; Tax Number: 10523045-2-41), hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider. With regard to personal data, the Service Provider acts as the Data Controller.
2. Scope of the Policy
This Privacy and Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to the website available at www.polonagyker.hu.
Unless otherwise stated, this Policy does not apply to data processing activities related to promotions, prize draws, or other campaigns organized by third parties advertising on the website, nor to the data processing practices of websites accessible through links provided on www.polonagyker.hu.
3. Registration, User Profile, Orders, Shipping and Billing Information
The content of the website may be viewed without registration; however, placing orders through the online store requires the submission of personal data. Registration is also required to view previous orders.
During registration, users must provide their username, email address, and password. These data are used for user identification and communication purposes. Registration is completed upon activation by clicking the activation link sent to the user's email address.
Prior to placing any order, the user is required to voluntarily provide the shipping name and address necessary for the delivery of the ordered products, as well as the billing name and address required for issuing an invoice.

These log file data are used solely for statistical purposes, are deleted by the Service Provider within six days, and are disclosed to third parties only when expressly required by law.
The Service Provider shall disclose processed data to third parties only where required by law or with the consent of the data subject.
By subscribing to the newsletter, the user consents to receiving newsletters containing advertisements and/or promotional emails from the Service Provider at the email address provided.
If the user expressly consents during registration, the Service Provider may use the user's data to send newsletters containing advertisements and/or promotional emails to the provided email address.
For any other purpose, the Service Provider shall process personal data only with the user's consent, particularly in connection with the use of additional services.
The Service Provider, acting as Data Controller, reserves the right to engage data processors for specific technical operations.
5. Amendments to the Policy
This Policy is not limited in duration and may be amended by the Service Provider at any time.
Users shall be informed of any amendments prior to their entry into force and in sufficient time to allow them to decide whether to accept the amendments or request the deletion of their registration.
6. User Responsibilities
Users use the website entirely at their own risk.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages resulting from a user's failure to exercise due care while using the website. Furthermore, the Service Provider shall not be liable if a user's personal data become known to third parties due to the user's own fault.
Users are required to comply with all applicable laws and must refrain from any activity that is unlawful or infringes the rights or interests of other users.
