The choice of branding method and ink type is always determined based on the specific requirements of each project.
Factors influencing this decision include the design of the print, its coverage, colors, and size; its placement on the garment; the quantity ordered; the number of colors used; and the type of product itself.
The Process
One of the greatest advantages of machine embroidery over other decoration methods is its durability. Embroidery is exceptionally hard-wearing and stands up extremely well to frequent washing and everyday use.
Embroidered designs retain their colours, shape, and professional appearance over time, making them an excellent choice for workwear and corporate clothing. In most cases, machine-embroidered garments can withstand washing at temperatures of 40–60°C without compromising the quality of the embroidery.

Preparation Process
Artwork Preparation: A high-resolution image is required for embroidery production – JPEG and PDF files are perfectly suitable – along with the exact dimensions of the embroidery. Vector artwork is not necessary.
If the design contains any text or lettering, it is important to note that characters smaller than 5 mm in height rarely produce attractive embroidery results and are often difficult to read.
The quality and texture of the material being embroidered can also affect the final result. For thicker fabrics, it is often necessary to use thicker lettering and a denser stitch pattern to ensure a clean and professional appearance.

Textiles featuring embroidered logos or names create a refined, professional appearance and immediately convey a sense of quality. An embroidered polo shirt, sweatshirt, or hoodie offers a more premium and elegant look than most printed alternatives.
