Our Garment Decoration Methods
The choice of branding method and ink type is always determined based on the specific requirements of each project.
Factors influencing this decision include the design of the print, its coverage, colors, and size; its placement on the garment; the quantity ordered; the number of colors used; and the type of product itself.
The Process
In the case of transfer printing, the ink is printed onto a special silicone-coated paper, then applied to the selected product using a heat press.
Preparation Process
- Artwork Preparation: We require vector artwork for production. However, even with perfectly prepared vector graphics, additional pre-production work is necessary, including colour separation, sizing, and checking and adjusting fine details and line thicknesses.
- Film Production: Separate films are created for each colour and print size. These films are retained and stored for future use.
- Screen Preparation: Screens are produced separately for each colour and size based on the corresponding films. A screen usage fee applies to each production run. As a courtesy, this fee is waived for repeat orders placed within two months of the original order.
Pricing and Colour Calculation
Colour Changes: When printing on different garment colours or on both light and dark fabrics, the print colours may need to be adjusted. In such cases, the screens must be cleaned and reconfigured, which incurs an additional charge.
Screen Sizes: Screens are available in A4 and A3 formats.
Special Inks: Premium inks such as gold, silver, and magenta, as well as designs with more than 30% ink coverage, glitter, glow-in-the-dark, or UV-reactive inks, are subject to additional charges.
Multi-Colour Prints: For most multi-colour designs, an additional spot colour (known as a flash or spot print layer) is required. An exception applies when the artwork contains white and that colour remains unchanged in the event of colour substitutions.

Our standard turnaround time is approximately 1–1.5 weeks, depending on the current workload of our production facilities.
